Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and well-groomed
- Assist customers in choosing the right financing options and maintenance plans to suit their needs
- Assist with moving drain equipment
- Be accurate and timely with feedback, invoices, option sheets, and time cards
- Complete all calls efficiently, educate customers, and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Deliver a top-notch customer experience on every job.

- Maintain your truck with stocked inventory
- Participate actively in all trainings and morning meetings
- Present yourself as a knowledgeable professional while explaining repair and replacement options to customers
